Please allow up to 2 weeks production time before your item can be shipped.

These items are usually ready to ship and will leave the studio within 2 days max.


You will receive a notification e-mail as soon as your item is shipped, including your tracking number. Packages are shipped either via austrian post, DHL or Hermes.
all packages are tracked.

Once the Item is dropped at the post office, we are no longer in charge of it.
